Podcast With Lauren Szafranski, Candidate, Boulder City Justice of the Peace

This week, the Boulder City Podcast continues the series of interviews with the candidates for elected office in Boulder City for the primary election in early June. The positions being contested are 1) the Justice of the Peace, replacing Judge Victor Miller, who is not running for re-election, and 2) two positions on City Council where the incumbents are Sherri Jorgenson and Matt Fox. Today, we sit down with Lauren Szafranski, a candidate for the Justice of the Peace position. Szafranski is an attorney in Boulder City who has lived in town since she was three years old, minus some time for college, law school and entry level legal positions. She spoke with BC Podcast host Roger Gros at her law office office in Boulder City in April.
