Today we sit down with Grant Turner, the owner of the Dillinger, the Forge and now the new Skinny Bar in downtown Boulder City. As we sat down at the historic bar in his new establishment, he talks about how he built it against all odds and opposition from the former city administration. He also recalls the opening of the Dillinger during the recession and how he appreciates the residents of Boulder City for getting him through that and staying him through the pandemic. He talks about how the future of Boulder City is getting brighter by the day as the city is attracting new investment and visitors. He spoke with host Roger Gros just before the Thanksgiving holiday.
