With this episode, the Boulder City Podcast begins a series of interviews with the candidates for elected office in Boulder City for the primary election in early June. The positions being contested are 1) the Justice of the Peace, replacing Judge Victor Miller, who is not running for re-election, and 2) two positions on City Council where the incumbents are Sherri Jorgenson and Matt Fox. Today, we sit down with Christopher Tilman who is running for Justice of the Peace. Tilman’s background in Boulder City stretches back to the building of the dam where his grandfather was involved. He has lots of experience with the justice system in Clark County and beyond and has appeared in the Boulder City court many times. He spoke with Boulder City Podcast host at their office in Boulder City in April.
